Welcome to BGClayWorks!
Beech Grove Clay Works is a pottery studio located in Beech Grove, Indiana where everyone is invited to enroll in our classes whether you are a beginner or expert. If you are a beginner, you will learn the basics in throwing, hand-building, and slab-building methods of pottery construction as well as the glazing processes. If you are an expert, you will be exposed to various inspiring and innovative artists of the region who come to Beech Grove Clay Works for studio time. Whether you are looking for a new hobby or working on your technique, Beech Grove Clay Works is a friendly and welcoming place for all people.

1/21/11 - Instructors' Art Show & Student Sale
On Friday, Februrary 4th, we are hosting an instructors' art exhibit and student sale from 6 to 9pm. Come out and support your local artists of Beech Grove and enjoy refreshments.
12/15/10 - Winter Session
The Winter Sessions have been added to the Classes section of the website. Be sure to check it out and start planning your next session. We had our Grand Opening on the 11th and it was a great success! It was great to see so much support from you all!

7/20/10 - Future Home of Beech Grove Clay Works
Beech Grove Clayworks is moving to a new location! The old Smity's Bakery on Main St. will be the new future home of Beech Grove Clay Works. The new building has been purchased and we are gutting it out and remodeling currently. Check out our gallery soon to view the process underway to building the new and improved studio!
